Handcrafted, Local and One of a Kind.
Every inch of The Steamy Pheasant is handcrafted using locally sourced cedar, including timber from Fonthill Abbey Woods, quite literally a mile from our home.
The Family
THE ESTATE
Built from an old trailer estate, given a new lease of life on the road. Wood-fired, cosy inside and full of character, ready to pull up wherever you need it. This one carries a bit of history with it, and it shows.
THE FIELD
Once a horse box, now a wood-fired sauna with a story to tell. Reworked from the ground up but still wears its old life proudly, all wood, warmth and quiet corners to unwind in.

THE DEFENDER PLUNGE
A Land Rover Defender, now your cold plunge on wheels. Stripped back and rebuilt, proper cold water recovery, wherever you happen to be. Tough on the outside, refreshingly simple on the inside.

After a day in the field, The Steamy Pheasant offers a place to warm up and unwind. Our wood-fired sauna can be set within estate gardens, beside lakes or tucked into woodland, creating a memorable end to the shoot day.

A wonderful addition for guests staying in countryside cottages or rural escapes. The sauna can be delivered for weekends or longer stays, creating a relaxing experience for visitors looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
